A: Yes. You decide how much you wish to pay for an answer. You then make a 'good faith' payment. Your payment is held in a escrow account by PayPal and is only paid to Expert Answers once you have clicked to " accept" the full answer from one of our experts.

You will receive an answer in two parts 'a SUMMARY answer' and the 'FULL answer'. If the summary answer answers your question you can ask for a refund. If you do not click to 'ACCEPT' the full answer you can request your payment is refunded in full.
