Q. How do I obtain a refund?
A. Your answer will be in two parts "A SUMMARY" and a "FULL ANSWER" if the summary answers your question and you have not clicked to view the Experts "FULL ANSWER" then we will refund your fee without question or quibble. Experts only are paid by Expert Answers once you have clicked to "view and accept" the full answer from the Expert dealing with your question. If you have not received a"satisfactory answer" (this will be determined by our site moderator) you can request your payment is refunded in full.

Q: Do I have to pay money before I get an answer?
